The conditions of sale are applied exclusively to present and future business relations between Compagnon-cocoon.com ("Us") and the person placing the order ("You"). We will reject any condition that You might formulate that does not conform to our conditions of sale unless We have expressly recognized its applicability in writing.
We reserve the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time under the condition that these modifications appear on our site.

We commit to accepting your order in accordance with the terms of these conditions of sale.
We ask You to please note that We accept your order subject to our available stock or the available stock of our suppliers.
When placing your order, We will inform You of the availability of the products you want to purchase. Nevertheless, if despite our vigilance, products prove to be temporarily unavailable (stock, supply shortages, etc.) after your order, We will inform You of this by e-mail and allow You to cancel or adjust it. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable after the order, We will automatically cancel it and inform You of this by e-mail.
By confirming your order, You accept all the present conditions of sale which are placed at your disposal on the site, and that being perfectly aware that You waive any contradictory document notably your own conditions of purchase, and that the act of purchase entails acceptance of the present conditions of sale. This confirmation as well as all data We will record constitute proof of the transaction.

The prices shown in euros are inclusive of all taxes and postage. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time but We commit to applying the prices in force at the time of your purchase.
All our prices are in euros.

Payment by debit card is due immediately on the date of the order. Cards issued by banks outside of France must be international bank cards. Secure payment online by bank card is completely safe. The transmitted information is software encrypted and can not be read while being sent on the network. Payment by bank cheque is only possible with cheques made out in euros drawn on a French bank. If You are late in payment, We will exercise the right to claim interest at the average effective rate for the last quarter as established by financial institutions for consumer loans. If We are able to prove damages greater than the amount of the default interest due to your late payment, We reserve the right to ask for supplementary damages.

Unless otherwise stipulated, delivery is made to the address that You have given Us while placing your order. You assume all risks from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises. Delivery times are only a rough guide unless, exceptionally, We are committed to respect a specific delivery date. If You decide to pay by bank cheque, the order will be processed only upon its reception and consequently delivery times will be affected.

All items can be returned for exchange or refund without penalty within ten (10) clear days from reception of the order if their corresponding invoice number is quoted. Nevertheless, return costs will be at your expense, except if due to an error on our part. We will only take back or exchange products that are in good condition and in the original packaging as they were when We sent them to You.

At the end of this ten (10) day time limit, delivered goods will be considered as being in conformity with your order and accepted by You.

Delivered goods remain our property until You have fulfilled all obligations of the transaction, notably full payment of the price plus interest if applicable. This retention of title does not hinder the assignment of risk which you will be responsibile for from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises in accordance with the provisions of article 5.

If the products We have sent you have latent defects, We will either rectify the defect or replace the defective product. If We do not wish to or are unable to rectify the flaw or replace the flawed goods, or if We can not do it on time because of factors beyond our control, You will have the choice of returning it to Us for a refund for the amount of the sale price plus return postage or ask Us for a reduction in the sale price.
The products offered are in conformity with French legislation in force. We disclaim all responsibility should the delivered product not be in compliance with the legislation of the country of delivery.
Similarly, we can not be held responsible for any results due to the content of websites which are hyperlinked from Our site.
We commit to take all steps necessary to ensure professional customer service. Nevertheless, we can not be held responsible for failure to meet contractual obligations in the case of fortuitous events or Acts of God such as but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, fires, floods, malfunction or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication or as a result of your doings. In addition, we will not be held reponsible for any delay due to inventory shortage at our suppliers. We will likewise not be held responsible for the representation of the products on our sites as the photographs, text and illustrations representing our products are non-contractual.

The present conditions of sale are subject to French law and the Vienna Convention concerning international sales contracts for merchandise and exclude the United Nations rights of sale. Any litigation arising from the business relations between You and Us will come solely under French jurisdiction.
